The view from our room was stunning, a great way to start our Easter vacation. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It was only a short distance to the local attractions and restaurants, making it very convenient for us. The complementary toiletries provided in our room were of high quality.
The hotel was quite outdated, and some of the facilities need improvement. The breakfast options were quite limited and not to our liking.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful - they even arranged a taxi for me. The lake view from my room was breathtaking. The location was perfect - close to the city but still surrounded by nature. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The view from the room was breathtaking, with a stunning sight of the lake. the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the fact that the hotel was a short distance from town, so we were able to explore a nearby fortress. we liked the complementary water bottles in the room and the soft and rejuvenating water in the shower.
The hotel could use some upgrades, particularly in the architecture. there were mosquitoes around and we had to use mosquito repellent provided by the hotel.

the staff was extremely helpful, arranging taxis and even driving us to our meetings. the rooms were comfortable, clean and had plenty of water provided. the restaurant served delicious food with a Japanese flavor, and the Asian breakfast was a must-try. the hotel also provided mosquito nets and repellent ' convenience.
The current expansion of the hotel resulted in some extra activities going on which may be a drawback for some guests.
